Is it really April? I can hardly believe it! How about you? Does the time just fly by for you too? We started our High School Baseball Season this past week, so we will be adding some Quick and Easy Meals to the April Menu Plan. I’m sure your schedules are as busy as ours, and having dinner ready ahead will help out a lot!

  1. I love the idea of Leftover Buffet! We usually just call it “save yourself” dinner but what a fun idea.
