There are some weeks when the menu plan contains my most favorite meals. During those weeks, I literally think about dinner all day. Sometimes, I’m planning my breakfast and lunch on the lighter side so I can splurge a bit on dinner (like on Fried Chicken night). For this weekly menu plan, I’ll be enjoying each dinner but I’ll really be thinking about this week’s dessert!
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE breakfast for dinner and the Fried Potatoes with peppers and onions is going to be delicious. I love Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles. And Chicken Strips with White BBQ Sauce is a favorite, too. But just reading the words Sweet Cream Banana Tartlet has me imagining the flavors and anticipating dessert night! It’s going to be so worth it!
Monday – Breakfast for Dinner – Blueberry Pancakes, Fried Potatoes and Fruit
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Beef and Noodles
Wednesday – Taco Soup
Thursday – Chicken Strips with White Barbecue Sauce and Oven Fries
Friday – Pizza Sliders and Salad
Saturday – Baked Potato Bar and Open Face Ham Sandwiches
Sunday – Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken and Rice
Dessert of the Week – Sweet Cream Banana Tartlets
