What a week! SO much happening here with the family. It makes me appreciate having our menu planned out ahead of time more than ever. This week is loaded with all our favorites. I was going to highlight one or two here but I just couldn’t choose between the Pizza Casserole, the Grilled Peppers and Onions with Crispy Potatoes, or the Old Fashioned Pancakes. And just when I thought I had settled on the Beefy Noodle Casserole I was reminded of the Honey Ginger Glazed Chicken. Oh well, at least I’ll have a full tummy all week.
