Thanksgiving has come and gone. I hope you were able to relax, enjoy time with family and friends, eat some amazing meals and snag a few great shopping deals. I am grateful that I was able to do all of those things. Although, there is always a moment after a holiday where I take a deep breath and feel thankful to be returning to our routine. Having a Weekly Menu Plan plan is a part of that.
If you are like me and lucky enough to have Thanksgiving leftovers, you are probably sick of them by now. Thankfully, this week will have you enjoying meals other than turkey. However, if you do have some in the freezer, it can be used for Creamy Turkey Pot Pies. (If your family has had enough turkey by now, use chicken.) Make sure you save room for dessert one night this week, Cherry Almond Bars are on the menu! Those are two of my most favorite flavor combinations. Yum!
Monday – Beefy Noodle Casserole with Steamed Veggies
Tuesday – BBQ Chicken and Rice
Wednesday – Classic Tuna Macaroni Casserole
Thursday – Taco Bar with Homemade Taco Bowls and all the fixins’
Friday – Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole and Salad
Saturday – Creamy Turkey (or Chicken) Pot Pies
Sunday – Pepperoni Pizza Ring
Dessert of the Week – Cherry Almond Bars
