We are back again today, continuing our Holiday Menu. We have shared appetizers including the fun Santa and his Reindeer, and side dishes with our family favorite, Hashbrown Potato Casserole. Today we are tackling Main Dishes; ham, turkey, prime rib, etc…there are lots of options.
We fix our Ham pretty typically with a brown sugar and pineapple juice glaze, whole cloves and pineapple slices on top. The thing I like most about cooking a large meal, specifically the main dish, is that you can get several meals from the leftovers. {Watch for those ideas later this month}
When buying your ham, allow 1/2 – 3/4 pounds per person, of course, larger if you want leftovers.
