Your Slow Cooker is there for you on Sunday so you can relax and enjoy the day with your family. It’s there for you on a Wednesday after work, school pick-up and when practices run late. And it can be there for you when you are entertaining and need to create an easy holiday appetizer for your guests. Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken could be just that appetizer, too.
The recipe comes together very easily and with just a few ingredients. You can throw it into the Slow Cooker in the morning before things become very hectic and spend your day stressing over last minute cleaning, keeping the kids out of the desserts and making sure the dog doesn’t leave fur all over the furniture.
Teriyaki chicken isn’t just for dinner. It can be a great appetizer, too. I think these would go nicely with other appetizers like rice balls, Asian meatballs or lettuce wraps or even some green beans sauteed with sesame seeds. Here’s to easier entertaining!
