As we head to the end of the month, we are finishing up the February Menu Plan today, watch for the March Menu Plan on Friday. We start the week with Chicken Noodle Soup loaded with garlic and lots of nutrients to keep away the colds since our weather is beginning to turn a little warmer. Mid week brings favorites; Beef Roast, Enchiladas and Meatballs. And we finish the short week with a Quick and Easy Meal.

Monday – Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup with Soup Toppings and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Tuesday – Slow Cooker Beef Roast, Baked Potatoes and veggie
Wednesday – Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas, Chips
Thursday – Italian Meatball Subs, Loaded Potato Bites
Friday – Quick & Easy Cheeseburger Pies and Oven Fries
