Well not that I planned it on purpose, but it seems like this week the Menu Plan is full of ethnic food. They are all delicious recipes, so I suppose we will have some fun and different meals to look forward to. Since school is back in session for most of us, perhaps it’s a good geography lesson that is connected to our dinner.
