Happy Friday friends! Everybody got a taste of Spring this week and then it was back into the chilly weather again. But just because the weather feels like Winter again doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy some Spring veggies. With this week’s menu plan we get to have a little salad along with one of my favorites, Chicken Pot Pie and of course, Doug will be firing up the grill later in the week for the burger bar, a family favorite. As always we’re keeping it simple and family-friendly.

Friday – Mix and Match Burger Bar, Potato Salad
Saturday – Italian Meatball Subs, Garden Salad
Sunday – Shanghai Wings and Oriental Noodles
Dessert of the Week – Citrus Drop Cookies
