Ya’ll got it going on! I wish I could discipline myself to write out a monthly menu and stick to it, instead of writing it down the day of. What I cook at the beginning of the week, we eat the rest of the week, since it’s just the three of us. I hate to throw out food! Most recipes I use are enough to feed six or more, or so it seems. I do freeze leftovers occasionally, however.
