Are you a snackin’ person? Seems like either you snack all the time (like me) or just eat your meal – no snacking allowed. Whether I’m working at the computer, watching a movie or enjoying a baseball game, I’m constantly looking for something to snack on.
Although I bake all the time, I try to eat healthy as much as possible. After making the Dried Apples, I was on the hunt for a good snack mix to use them in. We combined a few recipes and came up with this delicious Apple Cinnamon Snack Mix.
The flavor combinations are endless when it comes to Snack Mixes. Along with the Dried Apples, we used Pumpkin Seeds, Pecans, Raisins, Dried Cranberries, Butterscotch Chips and Cinnamon Chex Cereal.
Next to the taste, the best thing about snack mixes is they go together really quickly. Usually in less than 5 minutes you can toss together a yummy snack.
Snack mixes also make great gifts. We featured Tiffany’s Snack Mixes in a Jar for the 100 Days of Homemade Holiday Inspiration.
