Not only am I always looking for delicious recipes that are quick and easy, I’m also looking for something different. We tend to get into a rut with our dinner time meals, and even though I plan our Weekly Menu, it often has the tendency to become ordinary.

This Shrimp Scampi with Linguine also only has two ingredients – linguine noodles and SeaPak Shrimp Scampi. Last Fall we shared our easy appetizer ideas using SeaPak products and loved them so much, we couldn’t resist coming up with another recipe. The whole tail-off shrimp are in a delicious butter and garlic sauce with a hint of red bell pepper and herbs. It’s America’s #1 selling Shrimp Scampi.

Shrimp Scampi with Linquine

While the linguine noodles were boiling, I added the Shrimp Scampi to the skillet and cooked it over medium heat for about 7 minutes. The shrimp are already coated with butter, so there’s no need to add any oil or butter to your skillet. The shrimp also go straight from the freezer to the pan, not having to thaw them also cuts down on your time.

After the noodles and shrimp are done, just drain the noodles, and toss with the shrimp. I added a bit of chopped parsley for color, but you certainly can leave that off. Add a nice salad and you have a quick, easy and delicious meal your family will love.

  1. I can’t believe someone posted this as a recipe. I don’t need anyone to tell me how to heat up a frozen main course.
