This time of year, a lot of us are eating seafood on a regular basis due to Lent. It can get pretty boring to do the same recipes of baked fish each week so this week’s meal plan has two great recipes (one brand new) for seafood.
We are starting off the week with Shrimp Scampi with Linguine which is a brand new recipe here at Pocket Change Gourmet. We are using scampi from SeaPak which makes dinner time very quick and easy on those busy nights.
