As we head into next week which will be the busiest week for us in a long time, I’m thankful for my Weekly Menu Plan! We are firing up the grill with grilled peppers and sausage to start the week, and finishing up the week with a family favorite – hot dog bar.
Our middle son will graduate college on Saturday, May 14. The week following up to that though, are his conference baseball games. After playing over 15 years, this will be his final season as a baseball player. It’s definitely a bit sad, but we are super excited to see where God will lead him.
Monday – Grilled Peppers and Sausage, Pasta SaladÂ
Tuesday – Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole and Smoothies
Wednesday – Quick & Easy Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas, Chips and Salsa
Thursday – Make Ahead Sloppy Joes, Chips, Veggies and Dip
Friday – Pepperoni Pizza Ring
Saturday – Classic Spaghetti with Meatballs, Herb Garlic Bread and Salad
Sunday – Hot Dog Bar, Potato Salad
Dessert of the Week –Â Easy Strawberry Cream Pie
