Are you ready for some warm weather and picnics? I know I am. We are firing up the grill for this weekly menu plan. As always – it’s budget friendly and kid approved.
Life is so busy, I’m always thankful for a menu plan. Tomorrow our middle son graduates from college. We have been super busy with his final season playing baseball, with lots of travel. And our youngest son graduates from high school in early June.
It’s so crazy how in a blink of the eye – the time flies by. During those super busy times, I try to stay present and enjoy the time, because I know all too well, that’s it’s over in a flash.
Monday – Grilled Chicken Philly Sandwich and Salad
Tuesday – Vegetable Country Skillet and Fruit Salad
Wednesday – Healthy Taco Salad served in Taco Bowls
Thursday – Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches, Pasta Salad
Friday – Pizza Sliders
Saturday – Southwest Grilled Chicken and Taco Pasta Salad
Sunday – Cowboy Burgers with Homemade Onion Rings
Dessert of the Week –Â Pink Lemonade Pound Cake
