While it’s great to throw a huge spread out on the table every night, with the last minute rush to get shopping done or just getting ready for another party we don’t always want to take the time or have the time to spend in the kitchen. And let’s face it, we’ll probably be spending enough time in the kitchen over the holidays anyway. Here are some Last Minute Holiday Recipes to get you over the hump.

All these recipes are quick, easy and are great to share with your family and guests.

Let’s start with a creamy Queso Dip and one of my favorites, Deviled Eggs from allrecipes.com… these have a little something extra too. While we’re talking about favorites how about Sausage Cheese Balls. I look forward to trying these Salami, Cheese and Pickle Kabobs from recipe.com sometime.

Well it looks like we’re off to a good start but maybe we should add a few other options… from our food on a stick series this Grilled Lemon Garlic Shrimp will bring back some summertime memories and everyone is a fan of pizza so why not try this Spicy Cheeseburger Pizza from recipe.com.

Or perhaps you are in need of something really quick and easy, if that’s the case pinwheels are the trick and there are endless possibilities as to the flavor combinations that people like. Whether it’s a Bacon Cheddar Pinwheel from pillsbury.com, perfect for a brunch, or Pepperoni Pinwheels from tasteofhome.com for an evening get-together.

And let’s finish off the list with a little desert. These Santa Cupcakes are almost too cute to eat, but I think I’ll get the job done.

With all these options I’m not sure what I’ll have first.

What are you serving for the holidays?
