Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Making a satisfying meal for a busy family doesn’t need to take the entire evening. I’ve learned over the years that it’s more important to spend what little time we can carve out of our busy schedules with our family. And with Doug still learning the in’s and out’s of cooking (even if he won’t admit it) it always nice to find a simple recipe for him to prepare for the family.

This Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry is perfect for a quick meal, especially if you have the meat and veggies cut up ahead of time.

But don’t take my word, let’s see what Doug has to say…

This was a snap to make and using the Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli seasoning added an authentic Asian taste that I’m not sure I could have duplicated otherwise. And it’s a good way to get your kids to eat their veggies with the addition of the broccoli.
