Happy Monday my friends! Did you enjoy your weekend? We were busy, as always, but it was good. We don’t have a Menu for you today, because we are sharing our Fourth of July Menu all this week {and part of last week}, so if you need a new recipe or two for your menu, head on over to our June Menu Plan.
So far we have shared Fourth of July Main Dishes with the All-American Burger, Salads with Seven Layer Salad in a jar, and today it’s all about Sides and this easy three…make that 3…ingredient Patriotic Dip!
We all need a quick and easy dip that we can throw together in less than 5 minutes…right? I searched around for a dip that had red, white and blue, but came up empty handed. The red and white was pretty easy to find with roasted red peppers, but the blue was a little difficult. So we adapted the Hellmann’s Creamy Salsa Dip, added a little sour cream, and found some Blue Corn Chips to serve along side.
I love quick and easy…don’t you?
We have a few more Fourth of July Sides ideas for you…
