Looking for something different while still being easy? Well look no further than this Slow Cooker Garlic Chicken! It’s about as easy to make as normal chicken, but with a unique flavor.

As you may know if you’ve spent some time on this blog, one of my favorite ways to cook a meal is in the slow cooker. Using it is a simple set it and forget it deal. All I have to do is prepare the ingredients then wait a few hours. The slow cooker becomes a staple of my kitchen in the summer, as slow cooking doesn’t heat the kitchen at all.

However, for as simple as it is to use the slow cooker, maybe I embraced the simplicity a little too tightly. My line of slow cooker recipes has been done and redone plenty of times by now, so I thought that it was time for something new. It took a bit of thinking and experimenting until I settled on this garlic chicken.

My family was as pleased with the meal as I was. Just like that I made my line of slow cooker recipes that much longer. It just goes to show you that if you want variety in your life, all you need to do is experiment. This can be applied to all aspects of life, but food is my life so I found it applied to recipes easily.
