Ingredients
- 1 cup fine or medium ground cornmeal
- 1 cup Gluten Free flour blend
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (softened)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Butter an 8×8 square baking pan or 9″ round pan.
- Stir together dry ingredients
- Add the milk, eggs, and butter and beat until smooth
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- I like to check mine at 15 minutes and turn the pan
