The Fruit Dip is made with only 3 ingredients; cream cheese, marshmallow fluff and a splash of orange juice. You could also use fat free Cool Whip instead of the marshmallow fluff, combine it with fat free cream cheese, and you have yourself a low calorie treat.

By adding the mini cupcake liners to the bottom, it catches the juice from the fruit and keeps little fingers {or adult hands} from getting sticky.

If you are serving the skewers to little children, you can also use a straw instead of the skewer, or simply put the fruit in a bowl.

A delicious treat to go with fruit.

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (7 oz) tub of marshmallow fluff
  • 24 tablespoons orange juice

  1. Place cream cheese in a large bowl and beat until fluff
  2. Add the marshmallow fluff and orange juice
  3. Note: To easily remove marshmallow fluff, microwave for 10-15 seconds
  4. Beat until smooth
  5. Serve with fruit

We’ve been making a delicious fruit dip with almost those same ingredients… but we use strawberry cream cheese and fluff! It’s so YUMMY! Everyone loves it!

  2. Love the rainbow skewers. You mentioned Walmart Moms. I couldn’t find anything on the Walmart website. Can you tell me more about this, please. Thank you.

  3. This looks delicious and so pretty. I would like to invite you to enter my Giveaway. I am celebrating my blog’s third birthday and would love to see you there.

  4. Putting the skewers in a pot of gold is genius!

The tip about using a cupcake liner is also a good one. Have never bought a plastic cauldron but will have to now as it can be used for 2 holidays – St. Patrick’s Day AND Halloween. Thanks.
