We are continuing the Halloween theme and I’m back again with a really fun Halloween Breakfast that your kiddos are going to love and you will have a blast creating it. You could even serve this for dinner, because you know…Breakfast for Dinner is the cool thing!

A couple years ago, I shared a Halloween Breakfast filled with recipes. I had such fun with it, I decided to use some of those ideas and added a couple new ones as well. There are several recipes, you could make them all or just a couple would be fun too!

Even though it looks pretty detailed, by using mostly store bought items, it went together really quickly.

Ghost Pancakes

  • Head on over and grab our recipe for Old Fashioned Homemade Pancakes
  • Heat your griddle, using about 1/4 cup of batter, begin by pouring a circle then a long narrow strip for the “tail”. For the arms, use the back of a spoon and gently push the batter out
  • Add chocolate chips for eyes
  • Continue cooking as you normally do for pancakes

Spooky Eyeball

  • Cook egg in a little butter, don’t flip
  • When it’s done, add ketchup for the veins and a slice of black olive for the pupil

Mummy Sausage Dogs

  • Use sausage links and a tube of biscuits
  • Place a biscuit on a flat surface and roll out with the palm of your hand, cut thin strips with a knife
  • Wrap strips around the sausage
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or according to directions on box
  • Add ketchup for eyes

Tombstone Hashbrowns

  • Cook hashbrowns in oven according to package directions {these are from ALDI grocery store}
  • Write on the hashbrown with ketchup to resemble a tombstone
  • You could also make a ghost or any other writing on them

Jack-o’-Lantern Cinnamon Roll

  • Bake cinnamon rolls according to directions on package
  • Pipe on face with the frosting that comes with the rolls – I used a decorator bag with a #5 tip
  • For the stem, cut a very small amount off the gum drop, just enough to make it flat and stick to the roll

Halloween Milk

  • Mix a little food coloring into a glass of milk
  • You could also make one of these Halloween Drinks
