Ingredients
Scale
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- salt and pepper
Dipping Sauce
- 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
- 1/4 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise
- pinch of pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Peal and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch fries
- Toss in bowl with cooking oil and salt and pepper to taste
- Place on an oiled cooking rack
- Cook for 20-30 minutes to desired crispiness turning once
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
