  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt;
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar.

Instructions

Cut thin slices of beef bacon (if you don’t have already sliced bacon). Keep in mind that beef bacon, unlike pork bacon, doesn’t do well in thick slices.

  1. Slightly season every slice with salt and sugar.
  2. After preparing a baking dish with baking paper, place the bacon slices into it.
  3. Finally, bake the bacon slices in a 350°F preheated oven for 5 to 15 minutes.
