One of the coziest ways to start a chilly day with your loved ones is to prepare some fluffy, hot, and full-of-flavor pancakes! 



Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • cooking spray


  1. First of all, we should mix together all wet ingredients. So, stir the milk, pumpkin, egg, oil, and vinegar in a bowl until they’re well combined. Keep in mind to stir them in a large bowl!
  2. Next, whisk together all dry ingredients in a separate bowl. So, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, allspice, cinnamon, and ginger all together!
  3. Add the dry mix to the pumpkin mixture; whisk just until combined.
  4. Then, spray a frying pan with cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat.
  5. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter for each pancake onto the hot pan and flatten it slightly with a spoon.
  6. Cook until small bubbles appear, about 2 minutes.
  7. Finally, flip and cook until golden brown, about 2 more minutes.
  8. Repeat the process for every pancake!
