Ingredients

- 6–8 Pork Chops {depending on how many skewers you are making}
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pork
- Cut pork chops into bite-size pieces
- Place pork in a ziploc bag.
- Pour marinade over pork and seal.
- Place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Add pork to skewers. If you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water to prevent burning.
- Grill skewers on medium high heat for about 10-12 minutes turning often.
