Ingredients

  • 68 Pork Chops {depending on how many skewers you are making}
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons apple juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except pork
  2. Cut pork chops into bite-size pieces
  3. Place pork in a ziploc bag.
  4. Pour marinade over pork and seal.
  5. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  6. Drain and discard marinade.
  7. Add pork to skewers. If you are using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water to prevent burning.
  8. Grill skewers on medium high heat for about 10-12 minutes turning often.
