- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 red tomato
- 1 package multigrain ciabatta sandwich rolls
Pork Seasoning Blend
- 5 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin
Mayonnaise topping
- 2 Tablespoon Hellmann’s mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Pork Seasoning Blend
Instructions
- Make your pork patties about 1/2″ thick (1/4# per burger)
- Liberally apply pork seasoning
- Grill for 5-7 minutes each side or until internal temperature is 160 F
- Let burgers rest for 10 minutes
- Serve with your choice of buns and toppings
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 15 minutes
