Pork Burgers

Try a different burger for dinner tonight. Recipe from PocketChangeGourmet.com

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: Four pork burgers

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 red tomato
  • 1 package multigrain ciabatta sandwich rolls

Pork Seasoning Blend

  • 5 teaspoons Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Mayonnaise topping

  • 2 Tablespoon Hellmann’s mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pork Seasoning Blend

Instructions

  1. Make your pork patties about 1/2″ thick (1/4# per burger)
  2. Liberally apply pork seasoning
  3. Grill for 5-7 minutes each side or until internal temperature is 160 F
  4. Let burgers rest for 10 minutes
  5. Serve with your choice of buns and toppings
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 15 minutes
