Save time in the morning by making this breakfast casserole ahead of time!
Ingredients

- 3 English muffins, split in half
- 1 package bacon
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 9 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9 inch by 13 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Place muffin halves in dish and dot with butter.
- Layer bacon on top of muffins.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
- Pour mixture over muffins.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
- Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until firm.
