Ingredients

- Vegetables – any that you like
- 2–3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt – Fine Sea Salt or whatever you like, season to taste
- Nakano Red Wine Vinegar with Italian Herb or other flavor that you like
Tools
- Skewers – soak in water at least 30 minutes
- Plastic spray bottle
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes before grilling
- Clean vegetables and roughly chop, place in large bowl
- Heat grill to medium heat
- Toss vegetables with olive oil to coat and sprinkle with salt
- Thread onto skewers using the same vegetables per skewer
- Place on grill – time will vary depending on the vegetable
- Add vinegar to spray bottle and spritz vegetables several times during grilling
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 14 minutes
