Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk {a little less or a little more is fine depending on the consistency you like}
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
- In a large measuring cup, combine the dry ingredients
- Add to a resealable bag and mark with date and wet ingredients needed
Cooking Pancakes
- Heat griddle and coat with cooking spray
- Add dry ingredients to a measuring cup or bowl, add wet ingredients and mix well
- Add about 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle
- Cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes, flip and cook other side
Notes
Recipe makes 6-8 pancakes depending on size
