Description
This simple Grilled Asparagus and Red Potatoes side dish goes together in minutes and is great with burgers, hot dogs, chicken and more!
Ingredients

- 6 small red potatoes – cleaned and cut into pieces
- 1 pound fresh asparagus spears – cleaned and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Clean and cut asparagus and potatoes and place in large bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Combine salt and seasonings and sprinkle over vegetables
- Toss to coat
- Heat grill, place grill basket on grill (or cook vegetables directly on grate)
- Add potatoes to grill and cook 15 minutes, turning occasionally
- Add asparagus to grill and cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally
- Vegetables are done when they are fork tender
