Ingredients

Marinara Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Clove of garlic, minced
- 1–15 ounce can Tomato Sauce
- 1–6 ounce can Tomato Paste
- 1/4 Cup Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine
- 3 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Breading
- 1 Cup All-purpose flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 Cup Bread crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese
- 2 Tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 Tablespoon dried basil
- 1 Tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Tortellini
Instructions
Marinara
- Saute garlic in Olive oil
- Add tomato paste and tomato sauce stirring occassionally
- Add Holland House Marsala Cooking Wine
- Stir in oregano and sugar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Breading & Cooking
- In three shallow dishes place the following 1st flour, 2nd eggs and in the 3rd dish the bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano,basil,thyme,garrlic powder, salt and pepper
- Toss tortellini in flour, shake of excess
- Dip in eggs and then in bread crumb mixture
- Heat vegetable oil to 320 degrees F, once oil is to temperature carefully place tortellini in pot and cook til golden brown. about 2 to 3 minutes
- Drain on paper towels
- Serve with marinara sauce
