Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tubes buttermilk biscuits {the regular biscuits with 10 in the tube work fine}
- 2–3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons cinnamon
Drizzle
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray mini muffin pan
- Open tube of biscuits and flatten each biscuit with the palm of your hand, pressing it into an oval shape
- Melt butter in microwave and brush each biscuit
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl
- Sprinkle each biscuit with a good coating of cinnamon/sugar mixture
- Roll up biscuit on the long end
- Curl the biscuit into a roll and place in mini muffin pan
- Repeat with all biscuits
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
- Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar and milk until desired consistency.
- Remove cinnamon rolls from the oven and drizzle
Notes
You can also add finely chopped nuts if you like to the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
