Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beer
- 2 tablespoons grilling season blend
- 2 slices of cheese
- 10 dinner rolls
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water at least 30 minutes prior to using
- Combine ground beef and seasoning
- Divide beef into 10 equal portions and form into patties
- Add patties to skewers
- Grill over medium heat for 8 minutes, flipping once
- Remove from grill, add cheese and serve with your favorite condiments
