- 2 cups ham, cooked and diced
- 2 cups broccoli, cooked
- 2 cups potatoes, diced and cooked
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1–3/4 cup milk
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional for top)
Instructions
- Spray a casserole dish or 9×13 pan with cooking spray.
- Add potatoes, broccoli and ham to prepared dish. Set aside.
- In a warm saucepan, add butter and onion. Saute on medium heat for 3-5 minutes until onions are tender and translucent. Add flour and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add milk and stir constantly until boiling. Reduce heat and add cream cheese. Stir until softened and mixed well.
- Pour mixture over casserole dish and stir.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake on 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes until edges are bubbly.
