Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries,cleaned and cut in half
  • 3 large kiwis, cleaned and cut in quarters
  • 1 large ruby red grapefruit, peeled and cut in quarters
  • 1 medium orange, peeled and cut in quarters
  • 2 cup seedless green or red grapes

Instructions

Smoothie

  1. Put all ingredients in Blender and mix until smooth

Juice (directions from cookbook)

  1. Remove the hulls from the strawberries, peel the kiwis, cut the grapefruit and orange in half.
  2. Juice the strawberries, kiwis and grapes according to the directions on your juicing machine
  3. For a larger yield and less waste, juice the grapefruit and orange with a citrus juicer or reamer. Peel the fruit first, if desired
  4. Pout the two juices into a pitcher and whisk to combine
  5. Add water to taste if you or your children prefer a milder juice
