Description
A quick and easy dinner using Sun-Bird seasonings.
Ingredients

- 3/4 pound boneless Beef (chuck, flank, round or sirloin)
- 1 packet of Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli seasoing
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tablespoons oil
- 1 pound Broccoli, cut into pieces
- 1 large onion, cut in pieces
Instructions
- Blend together Sun-Bird Beef & Broccoli seasoning, Soy Sauce and water. Let stand.
- In a large skillet heat oil, add beef and stir-fry until brown.
- Add broccoli and onion and stir-fry.
- Add seasoning mixture and stir-fry until sauce thickens.
- Serve with your choice of rice or oriental style noodles.
