Barbecue Pork Tenderloin Sliders

Ingredients

Scale

Tenderloin

  • 2 pound Pork Tenderloin
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 medium red onion, sliced
  • 23 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 34 garlic cloves, smashed and sliced

Sliders

  • Barbecue Sauce, your favorite (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • King’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • Shredded Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice onion and garlic, place in Slow Cooker. Add lemon juice
  2. Add Pork, drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with thyme
  3. Cook on low for about 4-5 hours or until internal temperature is 145 degrees

Sliders

  1. Chop cooked pork and mix with barbecue sauce, about 1/2 cup depending on how many sliders you are making, add enough sauce to moisten pork
  2. Hollow out center of dinner roll with a knife, add a pinch of shredded lettuce and heaping tablespoon of pork mixture
  3. Drizzle with barbecue sauce
  4. Serve warm or cold

Notes

Cook time includes pork tenderloin slow cooker time.
