- 3–4 potatoes {amount will depend on how many people you are serving}
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Fresh ground Black Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and slice into 1/4 inch slices
- Use a very small heart shaped cookie cutter and cut the potatoes
- Immediately place in a bowl full of cold water to prevent browning
- When you have all the potatoes cut, drain the water, and pat dry
- Toss with Olive Oil and place on a cookie sheet in a single layer
- Sprinkle with Kosher Salt and fresh ground Black Pepper
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
- Flip potatoes and continue cooking until golden brown, about 5 more minutes
- Prep Time: 10 mins
- Cook Time: 30 mins
