Spring is right the corner, even though the weather doesn’t look like it, we can be hopeful that it will arrive soon! We are really looking forward to getting outside to work in our yard, enjoy the weather, cheer on our son’s baseball team and start exercising again.

One of the struggles Doug and I both have is not only battling the weather to maintain our exercise routine, but also the time. We are super busy and it’s really hard to make the time during our day to stop and exercise. So as a result, we have a few pounds to lose this Spring.

In order to cut back on calories, we regularly cut back where we can. Of course, being a food blogger doesn’t help much, but there are many products on the market that still fit into our recipes but offer more nutrition and fewer calories.
