Description
A perennial potluck favorite that is easy to change to you individual tastes.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup bottled salsa
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup mustard, (yellow, spicy brown,)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning
- 1 28 ounce can pork and beans, undrained
- 1 16 ounce can pinto beans, butter beans or black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 16 ounce can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium onion, rough chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F.
- Combine together in a large bowl the brown sugar, ketchup, salsa, barbecue sauce, mustard and steak seasoning.
- Stir in the beans and onions.
- Place mixture into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour, remove foil and stir.
- Bake an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour until the beans are cooked. Stir occasionally.
- Beans will thicken as they cool.
