Ingredients
Scale
- 1 container (1 quart) Orange Sherbet or your favorite flavor
- 1 (46 oz) can Pineapple Juice
- 1 (2 liter) bottle Ginger Ale or lemon-lime soda
Instructions
To Make Individual Glasses of Punch
- Add one scoop of sherbet to a small glass.
- Fill glass ¾ full with pineapple juice.
- Top with Ginger Ale and serve.
To Make A Punch Bowl or Pitcher
- Scoop ice cream into the pitcher.
- Fill ¾ full of pineapple juice.
- Add Ginger Ale to fill the pitcher.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
Chill Ginger Ale and Pineapple Juice before making. You can use a smaller bottle of Ginger Ale, as you will not need 2 full Liters for this recipe.
