Ingredients

- 2 cans (28 oz each) KC Masterpiece Applewood Smoked Bacon Beans
- 1/4 cup KC Masterpiece Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce
- 6 slices Bacon, chopped and cooked
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Ground Mustard
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, set aside
- Chop onions and green pepper, cook in bacon drippings until soft
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, then transfer to 9×9 foil pan for the grill or baking dish for the oven
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat
- Cook beans over direct heat for about 2 hours until bubbly
Notes
You can also cook these in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until bubbly
