Ingredients

- Pork Roast – we used Boneless Shoulder Roast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 cups Apple Cider or juice
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 3 large apples, cleaned and sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced thinly
- 1 bay leaf
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil and brown roast
- Remove roast and saute onions
- In the slow cooker, add apple cider, apples, beef stock and bay leaf
- Place roast into slow cooker and add onions
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 6 hours
