Ingredients

- 3 cups rice, cooked and cooled
- 3–4 green onions chopped finely
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 pound {1/2 package} pork sausage
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 – 1/2 fresh bean sprouts {if you can’t find fresh, look in the Asian section, they have them in a can too}
- 2–4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 packet Sun-Bird Fried Rice Seasoning
Instructions
- Cook and cool rice
- Fry sausage, drain and set aside
- After the rice is cooled, heat oil in skillet and add rice and green onions, cook until lightly brown
- Pull the rice to one side of the pan and add the beaten eggs, scramble into rice
- Add sausage, peas, carrots and bean sprouts
- Add seasoning and soy sauce
- Heat through
- Prep Time: 15 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
