  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of chicken/vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon of chicken seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika


  1. Add the chicken breasts, seasonings, and chicken broth to the bowl of your instant pot. Give everything a toss to combine, then arrange the chicken breast pieces so that they are spread out in an even layer.
  2. Next, cover and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes, followed by a 5-minute natural release, followed by a quick release.
  3. Remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken. Also, give it a good toss with the remaining juices from the pressure cooker.
