Ingredients

- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 pound Pork Sausage or Ground Turkey
- 3/4 cup oats, quick cooking
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Holland House Sherry Cooking Wine
Cooking Meatballs
- 1 cup flour
- Canola Oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined
- Form into balls and place on cookie sheet
- Roll meatballs in flour, and fry in oil about 2-3 minutes turning once
- Place meatballs in 13×9
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes
- Serve with spaghetti sauce, barbecue sauce, or make Meatball Subs
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 30 minutes
