Herb and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

An easy appetizer, great for the holidays, game night, parties and more.

  • 1 pkg (6 oz) Stuffing Mix
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 4 ounce (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 20 fresh mushrooms


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheet with foil
  2. Pour stuffing mix into a large bowl, add hot water and stir just until moist
  3. Stir in cream cheese, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, and garlic until well combined
  4. Remove stems from mushroom and clean with a damp paper towel
  5. Fill mushroom caps with 1-2 tablespoons of stuffing mixture
  6. Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet
  7. Add additional cheese to the mushrooms
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted
  9. Serve immediately, store leftovers in the fridge
