Ingredients

- 2–3 pounds small red potatoes {you can also use white}
- 1 (12 oz) container mushrooms
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
- Preheat Grill to ***
- Wash and cut potatoes {if they are too large} into pieces
- Add to a microwave safe bowl and add a splash of water {we usually do these in 3 batches}
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Wipe off mushrooms and slice
- Place potatoes and mushrooms in large bowl
- Add salt and pepper and toss to coat
- Lay out large piece of foil over a foil pan
- Add potato mixture
- Dot with butter
- Wrap up the foil
- Grill over medium heat for about 30 to 45 minutes with the grill lid down
