Yesterday, Doug shared how to butterfly a chicken. Now that we have it all ready, we need to cook it. Fire up your grill…let’s get cookin’!
There are tons of options when serving Grilled Butterflied Chicken, we recently enjoyed a little picnic with Grilled Potato Salad and Bush’s Smokehouse Tradition Grillin’ Beans.
Grilling a whole butterflied chicken, not only speeds up the amount of grilling time, it also adds a lot of flavor because you can season the bird on the inside as well as out. It’s not only easy, it’s very budget friendly. We typically can get 2 and sometimes 3 meals from a whole chicken.
